It allows you to step away from the demands of daily life, giving you a moment to recharge and refocus.

At Fika Psychotherapy, I emphasize relaxation, being present in the moment and connection. I specialize in working individually with young adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, healthcare workers, post-secondary students, and parents. My experience and training enable me to support you with:
